Our express delivery fees are based on estimated prepaid shipping costs for Chunghwa Post EMS and OCS (for Japan and South Korea). We currently do not offer other express shipping options such as UPS or DHL.
Express delivery fee
Our starting weight (or volumetric weight) is 1KG. Due to Chunghwa Post's express delivery regulations for different countries, the maximum weight is 20KG or 30KG. When purchasing shipping fee products, please select the weight of your shipment and place your order. (If you purchase our consolidation service, we will package and measure the actual weight (or volumetric weight) after receiving your items, and inform you of the weight (or volumetric weight) for you to place an order for the shipping fee product. We will only ship after payment is received.) The fee for the shipping fee product itself is a deposit we collect.
After the entire order is completed, we will refund it to you via PayPal.
M&W INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED COMPANY does not intend to profit from shipping. Our compensation is solely based on the service plan handling fees you select. Shipping fees are calculated based on a fixed exchange rate, referencing Chunghwa Post EMS rates, and are charged per 1kg unit, aiming to closely reflect the actual shipping costs.
You must understand that all shipping involves risks. If any issues arise during shipping, we will help you file claims and work with the shipping company to resolve them. However, M&W INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED COMPANY is not responsible for any shipping-related problems.
Additionally, there is a situation where orders may be cancelled. If your shipment's weight or volumetric weight exceeds the permissible limits for shipping, we will contact you and may cancel your service.
